Bluedevil,
Consider power cycling the base station. Allow the base station to come back online and check the status of the cameras. Please let us know if you are still having this issue after power cycling.

Try both the app and browser to see if it's actually working. Als, power cycle the base and maybe the cameras (open and close the battery doors). Still happening?

Well, the bad news: the cameras are at a vacation home 1500 miles away. The good news: the cameras finally connected on their own.

KMD456,
It sounds like the cameras that are offline may need fresh batteries. Try installing a fresh set and check to see if that brings the cameras back online.
Bluedevil,
Did you try power cycling the base station? This can be done remotely by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Restart. Allow the base station to come back online and check the status of the cameras. If they are still showing offline, they may need fresh batteries. Try installing a fresh set and check to see if that brings the cameras back online.

Good advice. I did not know that I could restart the base station remotely. Will try that. Thanks.
