although my laptop is connected to the internet, when trying to log in to the website I get an error message saying "you are not connected to the internet, please check your connection".
I am able to connect and view the cameras on my iPhone app.

I've seen that on older non-supported version of FW....and/or operating systems
I would verfiy the FW and apps are the new versions
