does not recognize my or my friend email, cannot get system to recognize emails or passwords

today, all of a sudden my system will not recognize my email, friends email or passwords, cannot get into system at all. had break in last night and need to access my system.

Try a mobile device using 3/4G.  Maybe it's a computer or WiFi thing.  If it continues, call support for a reset.
