Dear Sir/Madam,
We have been using the Arlo system now for over 5 years.
Our two cameras use to pick up every car/SUV that went up and down our street
In fact, every person who came up to our door, our camera would pick up their vehicle as well as the person coming to our front door.
A few months ago, something changed in how to view pictures on our Arlo camera
Once these changes were made, our camera no longer captures any vehicle coming up and down our street and at times does not pick up a person making a delivery to our front door
Can you let us know why we are no longer able to see what we had seen in the past?
Thanks for any help you can provide
Ron Agostinelli

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? is this occurring on all your devices?

I have 4 Arlo cameras and the same problem. What is the use of having all 4 if only one camera is recording at a time? I can't see who was in my yard in the front because the camera was recording something in the back yard. I've never heard of such a thing all of the other brands will record simultaneously and let you view events from each camera, but these do not. You can only see one video feed from one camera at a time. is there a way to fix this?

The system isn't supposed to behave that way (and mine certainly does not).
Can you give more details on what Arlo equipment you have, and also anything you've done to diagnose the problem?
It would also be useful to know your internet upload speed.

We made sure that the wires were still connected, any batteries on our door bell were replaced but we still have the issue of both cameras "NOT" recoding every car passed on our street as in the past.

Once these changes were made, our cameras no longer captures any vehicle coming up and down our street and at times does not pick up a person making a delivery to our front door
Was this a system and or software changed by Arlo??
Is there a setting that needs to be changed, if so we are no longer even able to make this changed once your system and or software was changed
Please let us know
Thanks
