Please give more info if you want a correct answer....

What computer, what Operating system, what browser ??

Setup disk??  (something new ??)  all of the setups I've seen so far have been from the program/app, no disk.

Runing a PC the location is https://arlo.netgear.com/  and the NEW SYSTEM SETUP, ( similar on the apps )

Supported browsers are ;

• Internet Explorer 10 or above
• Firefox 3.5 or above
• Safari 3 or above (Except on Windows and Linux)
• Chrome

Consider a factory reset of the base station by pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the base station until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green internet LED and attempt to go through setup again.
