cant get Camera to work and cant get live support even though i pay a monthly subscription

My essential outdoor 2nd gen VMC 2050 camera won't load the feed. It connects just fine but won't load the feed even in the same room as my router.  I have the subscription service but every time I try to get live support it says I'm not entitled to live support....

  1. Are you using the primary account?  Or are you using a "friend" account?
  2. Does the app show that the camera is in a subscription plan?
  3. Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?
