cant cancel account .. chat cancels account but then boom billed yet again ..

the chat assistant  said my account was cancelled ,but the cameras have been taken down for months but arlo is still billing every month . does anyone know a good email to contact as the only option i get from support is the useless auto chat . I am going to contact the bank to see about getting these payments stopped .

If you log in to your Arlo account and check Settings > Subscription, what do you see there? Is there still an active plan?
