I live in an apartment complex that has Wi-Fi throughout the complex. I have no router or modem. I log into the Wi-Fi using an apartment specific ID and password. I cannot use the Arlo cameras because I can’t connect the base station to the internet via Ethernet connection. Is there anything out there that will take a Wi-Fi connection and give me a wired Ethernet port?

Normally you can use a WiFi extender for this, but I don't know of any that will work with the login setup in your apartment complex.

Some mobile hotspots provide ethernet out (and of course you could directly connect the Pro 4 to the hotspot wifi even if it doesn't have an ethernet port for the base).  But that would also require a mobile data subscription.
