cannot download more than one video at a time, I am using a hp computer, chrome browser. I have to download one video after another, it becomes really annoying when you have 700+ videos. I have allowed pop ups, I couldn't think up any other reason why it dosen't work.

There was an update to the Chrome browser that changed the way downloads are handled. You will need to add https://arlo.netgear.com:443 in pop-up settings. Once you do this, it will still download individually, but the save button will pop-up one right after the other so that you don't have to go back and click on each video to save. To add on Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- in the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
- In the "Pop-ups" section, Add "https://arlo.netgear.com:443"
