I cannot connect my base station to my Arlo app. The base station has all three green lights lit and I’ve deleted my Arlo app, reinstalled and no luck. I have also disconnected my base station and reinstalled and still no luck?

Anyone else come across this issue?

Is this a new install? Is the base new or used? Make sure any devices in Settings, My Devices are removed and then hold the base reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to green power and Internet LEDs (Camera will be off or solid amber) and try again.
