My old cell phone died and is no longer functional. When attempting to login from my windows laptop it returns that I have signed in from an unknown device whitch will be sent a link to verify its me to the phone that isn't functional. How do I correct this?

After the verification times out you will see an option to try another verification method. Click on that and choose email.
