cameras stop working when it’s either too cold or too hot?

Is it just normal that the cameras don’t want to connect through the Arlo app and that the cameras stop working when it’s either too cold or too hot?

I live in Denmark, so it is really not as cold or hot as they should be able to function outside. I’m so disappointed because they may work in one month but then another issue occurs. Just wondering if I’m the only one who keeps facing issues with the Arlo cameras.

What are the maximum and minimum temperatures you expect to see over the course of a year? Arlo specs the cameras for -20 to 45 degrees Celsius.
