cameras going offline

I just got this system today and I have 2 cameras that keep going offline every 15 to 30 mins.  I open up the battery compartment and close it and then the cameras work for another 15 to 30 mins.  Did I get a couple of bad cameras?

Thanks,I figured it out by sestting a rule for the location etc.

Well I'm getting a new camera. I just replaced the batteries and everything is a pink-red color.  Called netgear and they are sending a replacement. Hopefully this will resolve all my issues.
