camera won't synch

I have 2 cameras that were working fine. I moved them. One is working fine. The other tried to re-synch but jjust kept failing. I got new batteries. All it will do is turn blue when the batteries are put in.  It won't even

blink blue and then fail to amber blink like before.  I had removed it and tried to re-add like people have said to do but that didn't work.  I also turned the base off and on.  The other camera is a couple 100 feet away from the base and is working perfectly.  I can't see why this other camera would stop working.  It was a little damp but now has sat inside for a couple days and still won't synch.  I have tried a zillion times and am frustrated. This system is only a few months old. I don't want to return the whole system as the one camera is fine. Can I get a new camera sent?  thanks Karen

To get a replacement camera you'll have to open a case with support. Also, make sure you're only pressing the base sync button briefly - don't hold it.
