Customer Service for my Arlo is absolutely horrible. They are not in the US, most times dont understand what you are requesting or asking for due to the language barrier. I bought the Arlo system with 4 cameras. at the end of July. 1 of the 4 has been "broken" since purchases where the picture always looks like a pink colored hue. They told me initially they would send me out a NEW camera to replace it and the first time I got a used, broken camera from them. It was clearly not even refurbished because the screw hole in the bottom had a broken off piece of plastic in it. I sent that one back and they said again they would send me a NEW for the second time. I received another used/refurbished camera a second time. This was back in the middle of July. I sent back the second used/refurbished unit to Arlo/Netgear. I still have my broken original camera that has a pink hue. I am still waiting for me NEW unit to be replaced and have been told by the online email reps and by telephone that there are no new cameras to send me as a replacement. How are there no new cameras? Why is it taking so long? This is ridiculous. the system otherwise works great. Customer service is horrible so hopefully others will realize and Netgear will get their act together. All I wanted was what they told me they would do, which is to replace my new broken camera that has a pink hue with a new replacement camera, not a refurbished/used camera.

I would suggest you consider getting a refund and getting the Arlo Pro kit. The cameras are a LOT better in numerous ways. The base station adds USB drive backup recording and a siren. It is a bit more expensive but well worth it IMO. I wonder if they're discontinuing the original Arlo cameras if they have no more new ones to send out

So funny, but Netgear even changed my title to this blog and changed some of the words I posted in the blog. Once again, they dont want to be known as HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESOLUTION!!!!

I don't see any evidence of changes - an edited post has a note as to when and who changed anything. I don't see that anywhere.
EDIT: It used to show that tag. I don't see it now.

Hello
I had the same problem. I went on the Arlo troubleshooting page. One of the suggestions was to take out the batteries and put them back in. Fixed the problem. Hope that works for you.
