Sometimes when my app shows the system as offline, I'll force close the app and wait 10 seconds and reopen the app and all's back to normal. Not sure if it's actually the system offline or just the app not connecting properly

There is no WiFi light. There is an Internet light. Lack of such light is due to a bad port on the base or router or a bad cable.

I read on the community somewhere to try  de activating the base station and set up  again.

I am not having trouble putting the base station on my account and everything else such as the cameras has gone 😞

There is no WiFi light. The 3 are power, Internet and cameras.

It sounds like a reset should be done. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Be sure to only briefly press the sync button on the base - don't hold it.
