camera not working

One of my camera's will not work after a few months of use. Tried two sets of batteries and when i try to sync nothing happens? Before I purchase another camera is there anything to try?

Yes, create a trouble ticket since it's still under the one year warranty.

This may work or if not contact Netgear for possible replacement

 

 

Take out batteries again, then REMOVE the camera from the Settings completely ( settings > camera > remove device )

 

Put batteries in

Log in and use the ADD new device button...

Follow directions ( below )

 

 

 

  • 1 Press the Sync button on the side of base station for about two seconds and then release. Wait for the sync status LED to blink green.
     
  • 2 Press the Sync button on top of the camera for about two seconds and then release.
     
    A blue LED blinks rapidly to confirm a successful sync.
