base won't connect

I bought this system with 4 cameras a few months ago and didn't have any problems setting it up. A couple of weeks ago it went off line and wouldn't come back online so I clicked on the deactivate button, thinking I could just start over. Now the base station won't connect at all. I have unplugged everything and started it back up several times and each time I get green lights for power, internet, and cameras but it will not connect.

Try a factory reset by using the reset button next to the power switch.  That will start from fresh.  If still a problem, create a trouble ticket.

hjserrn,

 

After performing a factory reset you must then add the base station back to the account and sync cameras. Are you still having trouble adding the base station to your account?

Factory reset fixed the problem. Everything working well now.
