base station Internet light amber. but WiFi works.

I installed two cameras, both worked fine and I was able to see from both cameras on my phone. After about 30 min I checked and it said both cameras are offline and to check the power to the base and Internet connection. checked both and both are good. WiFi is strong on all other devices. brand new unit out of the box.

Your router WiFi has no bearing on the Arlo cameras since it's not used in this case. Check the Internet LED on the base - is it green?  If not, there's some sort of communication problem.  If it's good, try both the app and a browser.  Sometimes simply logging out and back in helps but not always.
