PLEASE HELP ME AS I HAVE AN HP LAPTOP AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET THE ARLO APP TO VIEW MY CAMERA'S.  THEY ARE INSTALLED BUT NOT GOOD TO ME IF I CANNOT AIM AND SEE THEIR SET UP...SO FRUSTRATED I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE AS I HAVE VISCIOUS NEIGHBOURS AND IT IS ALL HALLOWS EVE.  THANK YOU SO MUCH APPRECIATED

If the HP laptop is running browsers . just go to https://arlo.netgear.com

 

PCs don't use apps, only iOS and Android do...(apps are gotten from the stores for each service)

 

Supported browsers are Fire Fox, Chrome and IE (>v10).
