My cameras stopped recording two days ago. I have the option to record all motion selected and I have verified that my cameras are online. I did a test live shot.

I also restarted the base station from the web interface. Any other things that I should do?

Are the running men green?

Yes the running men are green.

My next step would be to use the motion test selection in camera settings to verify that it's working on all cameras. I'd then test actual operation by having someone walk past in a side-to-side direction. If still broken, a trouble ticket would likely be your best solution.

Thanks, I will try those suggestions.

If the running men are GRAY, the cameras will not record triggered by motion. It is prob the mode that is not right.

Easy test first...

Go to the live camera view screen.  Click on the "round" record button at bottom of camera to start a manual record session... you should see the red record light . Run for 10 seconds and hit the 'pause button" to stop ( II ).

Go to lirary after a min and confirm video is there... if it is all is fine but you MODE is inccorrect to start a record event.

To Check MODE

Go to settings, MODES, click edit pencil on mode ALL CAMERAS ON ( or similar named ). All the camera lines listed SHOULD HAVE A GREEN CHECK at the end.

If any are checked black ( camera off ) then click the check to toggle green ( on )

Save as you exit

Go to Modes in regular camera screen, pick ALL CAMERAS ON.  Got back to camera live screen and confirm all cams have a GREEN  RUNNING man.

If they are green ( on ) the cameras should record on a trigger ( motion )

This is an old thread but the basics are there.  The running men are black (armed for recording) or gray (disarmed, no recording).  Without any information, we can't help.  Read this thread, do some investigation and tell us what you see and what you've tried.
