I have 4 arlo cams and 1 arlo pro ,my libary is empty as in ZERO ZERO ZERO recordings.It is getting harder and harder to put my trust in ARLO

All recordings are missing from my library and new motion recordings do not show up.

Theres a temporary outage in a previous discussion from arlo dated 944pm... if you go to library then filter uncheck manual and the teocrdings will show... its a temp fix for now... you can view recordings from your email as well

Well your lucky if that worked for you, but I have tried everything and my camera recording have been down since United States Eastern Standard Time noted around 10:30am
So i do not know where their server is, Australia? to where they would say 9:44pm, as I was speaking to them prior to that time on phone and they could NOT SAY when it started.
At first they read from a script, eventually I was told their engineering department was working on it as they were having server issues with their cloud,
A power OUTAGE , REALLY!, we are all to believe there is NO GENERATOR BACKUP. that alarms me more for a company to be so reckless, Even my little server has a battery backup.
