My phone application somehow change to a different language and I don’t know how to switch it back to English. I don’t understand the language that the app is in right now and I don’t know how to change it back

It should follow what the phone settings for language are. Verify those and maybe verify you don't have a second language enabled. Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
