1 of 4 wireless cameras stays in night mode. Tried the "open battery door" option several times and each time it fixed it, but then each time the camera went from day to night mode it stayed in night mode.

Define night mode.  Black and white?  That's due to insufficient light for the camera to remain in color.

Capture.JPGSame problem for me; 1 of 5 cameras loves to stay pink during the day.

What's the best way to contact Netgear about the problem?

Thanks for your reply. I noticed the support button right after I asked the question.

I'm exchanging information about the camera now with Netgear.

Thanks again!
