Wire Free HD 2 Camera Security Can't Set It Up

I have a 2 camera system in Washington and loved it. So I set another 2 camera system for my home in California. But I cannot set it up. Is this because I have the other system I purchased first on my phone app?

No there should be no problem doing this.

At the CA location just go to add device on your current app, add then add base and then sync the cameras.

When you say that you cannot set it up, what is the problem?

When I try to discover the device, I get a screen that says your base station could not be discovered. Power, internet and camera all show green lights on base station.

Make sure that the device you're using to set it up is on the same wifi network as the base. Ie. Phone cant be using data must be on same network as the base.

Tried on both 5.0 and 2.4. Should I push factory reset on base?

What error messages are you getting if any? Is this a brand new system or did you purchase it used?
