Hello,

Having problem with the Wifi and Battery icons not showing correct power levels.

I am using version 2.1.1.766_13329

The icons did work...

The wifi signal strength was reporting strong signals for cameras that were close to the base and weeker for ones futher away.

The Battery strength reported that the cameras used the most did indeed have a weaker battery level vs. the cameras not used as much.

Now both the wifi and battery power level bars show full strength...???

This is the same on home computer and andriod phone.

How do I get these features working again?

Thanks.

Keith

What firmware versions are the base and cameras using?  Look in Settings, My Devices, each device at the bottom.

You could try power cycling the base and open and close all battery doors to see if it changes.  However, maybe the current readings are correct with the recent firmware updates.

Here is what I could gather to help with solving my problem...

The system has been up and running for maybe 2 months or more. The battery strength of the 2 mostly used camers were sowing about 1/2 used up, but now everything including wifi all shows full strength power which im sure is not correct at this time.

You have the latest firmware. Power cycle the base and open and close the battery doors. Any luck?
