Hi,
I bought and have been using an Arlo Pro 2 for the past 3+ years.
Suddenly it is requiring a subscription to work.
How do I get it to work the way it used to work without a subscription?
Thanks!

I suggest removing the camera and base from the account, and then do a paper-clip reset of the base.  After that, add the base and camera back.

I too noticed this recently... the app still works... however the web login says i need to sign up for a subscription.  So i'm guessing we need to ping the lawsuit folks back to get this sorted again because support won't talk to us without a "paid" subscription.

Hi @Juggernaut122 @DOTTAT2

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I had the team review this, Can you try logging out of your account completely and log back in to see if the error message is gone. Please let me know how it goes.

Dear @ShayneS,

I have run into the same problem. And resetting the base did not seem to fix it.

Really love my Arlo, but this is causing me headaches.

Thanks in advance for any advice how to fix!

I also tried logging in and out, but the system does not let me activate the camera. And I do not even care about the cloud recording. All I need is the camera to work again. Any chance you can help with this?
