I’ve had my system - router with 5 cameras for close to 10 years and I’m now no longer able to access any recordings and am being notified that I’m now need to have and pay for a plan to use my devices other than for a live view? Why?

Assuming you have legacy cameras (Pro 2 or older), you should still have the free 7 day plan. A paid plan would only be needed if you set up an advanced feature such as activity zones that require a sub to work. If you did change any settings, undo them to see if that helps.

Yes, it’s a legacy plan and I didn’t change any settings, I simply updated the app on my phone. I notice a different look/feel but didn’t have time to review anything. I removed and reinstalled my cameras and it seems to be corrected.
