My iphone asks me to sign in, but when I get to app with pictures, the whole screen appears to be 'frozen'.
I am disabled so can't be climbing telephone masts, or moving furniture to fix it.
I can still access this information online, I am with SKY, but EE Mobile, which connects to Sky Internet.
Please give step by step answer, I am 71

Easier than I thought to fix.
I just took the app OFF of the iphone then re-installed it.
Everything was still there and it's working as well as it was before the 'Freeze'.
I hope this helps if anyone gets the same problem.

Have you tried to uninstall the Arlo app, restart your iPhone, and reinstall again to see if that helps?
