Which app version is required to install base station VMB3000? The current "Arlo Secure" does not seem to connect to the VMB3000.

Many customers have already complained about being unable to import earlier versions of the base stations using the new arlo app.

 

The Vmb3xxx base stations are no longer compatible with arlo’s newer camera models.

 

The latest update reading from arlo’s responses is that you have something wrong with your base station.

 

All you can try is using a pc connected via Ethernet to your local network and use a web browser to login to the arlo website my.arlo.com adding it from there.
