I have the Basic plan for my Arlo Essential. Per the plan documentation, I should have access to a live agent. However, the chatbot says "After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support." No idea what the model version, firmware, OS and environment are. I am having problems with the camera and cannot find resolution in the FAQs. Therefore, the camera is just a piece of metal and glass at this point. If I cannot speak with a representative, then I am going to cancel. Although Arlo has also made that very hard to do.

Unfortunately, although i keep requesting specific dates and times to speak to a representative, they have never called as requested. Very disappointing.
