Hi

Simply looking to add a second system, in the same app, at a different address.  I already pay for Premier which allows enough bases and cameras for my requirements.  Is this sufficient to run two addresses?  I'm reading I need Elite but I can't see why unless Premier only allows multiple bases at the same address.

Tried to set up but cameras won't register to the second base station.

A second location is just using a second base station so any account should work. You're limited by the number of cameras, not bases.

You should set up the second system like the first but be aware that cameras synced to one won't be useful on the other.  Thus, you'll end up seeing all cameras in the Devices tab but separately in the Modes tab.  If you're having trouble setting up the second system, try a reset of the base and start fresh using the Add Device button on the Devices tab.  If that's ok, try syncing the cameras with a brief press on the base sync button. When the base camera LED is flashing, press the sync button on the camera.  Any luck?

With the Premier account you can have up to 10 cameras on the same account... there is no limit to the number of bases AND they can be in different locations ( home and say vac home )

When adding a second base, use the ADD DEVICE from the main page to add the base (after log in ) and then the cameras

Remember it's a quick push on the base sync button

If you give a bit more info as to what the second base's leds are doing and such , maybe a better answer will come.

Were u alble to add the second base to account?  Is problem just with syncing cams? doing it at diff location or first home ?
