When I Try to Log In It Says Access Token Is Required

Hi I have an ARLO wireless camera system, now, when I try to log in, I get the message, Access Token is required. Which I believe means I have to change my password.
I access the system using my phone which requires my fingerprint to log in to the app.
Is there a reason for the message and how can I stop it coming up.

I use finger print access on Android S7 and also see this now and then.... maybe once a month.

I do not change my password but for me it's just re-enter it one time at log in screen and then it again works as normal ( with fingerprint )
