I have Arlo 2 cameras outside of my house: one wired and four wireless. I'm told that video storage will discontinue in a month, which I construe as a prompt to update my system.
Fine.
I don't see a comparable option for my outdoor wired camera, though. Replacing the batteries so often is a nuisance and the wired camera gets the most traffic, so I'd prefer to keep that hard-wired.
Is there any compelling reason to stick with Arlo?

You were either told wrong or didn't read the revision to the policy about the 7 day plan NOT being discontinued. Your system will continue to work as it is right now.

Thank you for the clarification.
So, the EOL statement doesn't impact the cloud storage retention?
