Well, Arlo, you lost a customer. My system functions fine, but your lack of continuing support after spending so much money on these cameras stinks. I don't even qualify to chat with a live representative. 

 

People will understand that your end-of-life policy will occur with the hardware they are currently paying big bucks for.....

Your cameras will still function after the end of life date is reached, but they will be limited regarding support, replacements, etc. You can read more about the end of life policy here: https://kb.arlo.com/000063018/Arlo-Legacy-Cameras-End-of-Life
