I just received an e-mail from Arlo saying my camera is being EOL’d. I have three, purchased at different times. How do I determine which one(s) need to be replaced?  All the app tells me is name and serial number of each camera, but the EOL doc lists the cameras by model number.

Involute,

For most Arlo cameras you can open the battery compartment door, remove remove the battery and the model number is on a sticker starting with VMCXXXX. you can read more about the end of life policy here: https://kb.arlo.com/000063018/Arlo-Legacy-Cameras-End-of-Life
