What is going on?! cameras are stuck at ‘getting status’!

For the second time this week, Arlo seems to have crashed! My cameras are stuck at ‘getting status’!

What are Netgear/Arlo playing at?!

Details. What have you tried? What do you see? What are your base LEDs showing? Have you tried both the app and a browser?

There are many possible causes for this: firmware update, short power outage or interference.

Try rebooting the base. 

Got toSettings > My Devices > Select the base station that the cameras that are stuck are on > Click on Restart.
