What happens if electricity is lost

What happens if electricity is lost to the home?  Obviously the base will go offline.  The cameras are battery but the base is wired.  Will the battery powered cameras still record motion entry video and save it till electricity is restored?  Or is this a defeat of the system?  Also what happens if internet is lost?  Do the cameras record video and send/save it to the base?

No. That's why I recommend using a UPS/battery backup for all your network equipment - modem, router and base plus any additional equipment that may be needed such as abusb driven attached to the Pro base.
