Website on browser says camera is offline but works fine on Arlo iOS app? How to get them in sync?

The ios app says the camera is fine and operating properly. The website says the camera is offline. How to get them in sync?

Have you logged out and back in to the web site as well as cleared cookies and cache? Try a different browser, too.
