The ios app says the camera is fine and operating properly. The website says the camera is offline. How to get them in sync?

Have you logged out and back in to the web site as well as cleared cookies and cache? Try a different browser, too.

I had same problem, took your advice and switched browsers. Everything fine now. Thanks
