I have had an issue for several months now were the web portal log you out after about 30 seconds and will not let you stay logged in.  I cannot edit routines through the arlo app and have had a support ticket open with Arlo for 2 weeks now with no response.  Anyone else having the same type of issues?

The last time I heard from anyone at Arlo on this issue was on 3/14/2025 after I posted on the community forums.  I was told it would be escalated to Tier 3 support and have not heard back from anyone since.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
