We need to summarize a list of common issues so Netgear can address them.

Problem: Using Windows Explorer to access Arlo, Base Station shows not connected or off line.

Work Around: Log Off and Log Back On, seems to correct tis issue until the next time.

Anybody else???

woseyjales,

There are many variables surrounding browsers, operating systems, anti-virus software etc that can result in the issue you are describing. Some users have found that logging out and back in seems to correct the issue when the base station is showing a green LED light indicating it is online but is showing offline in the ui. We are continuing to investigate this issue and will let you know if we find out anything more.

Thank you!

Are you also working on the communication issues between the camera's an base station??? The green light on the base station will light up if only one camera is communicating even though the other 4 are not communicating, this leads to a constant getting status, or camera offline, for those camera's not communicating when your trying to view your camera's through a web browser or an app.
