New install and not working

I have gone through the setup guide and installed my new 3 camera system.

When I go onto my ios app or log into myarlo, I cannot live stream - It just sits on "getting status" and on the odd occasion I do get a play button and click it, I get Unable to play.

I have set up Motion detection and am getting alerts to say that there is footage in my library, however, when I log in, there is nothing there.

 

I have reset the cameras, rebooted the base station, deactivated base station, tried different rooms, checked my internet speed (20Mbps upload) and searched the support community for answers - Still cant get this going. - BTW the "Live Chat" support isnt working!!

 

Anybody got any tips for me?

Browser or app?  Try both - I find the app to be more reliable, at least since I use Chrome as my browser.  Try other browsers, too, to see if that makes a difference.

 

Oh, yeah, if using a browser, try logging out and back in.

Ive tried both browser and app - logged out, rebooted phone and laptop (mac), but still nothing.

Welcome to the community! It is possible that the camera is too far from the base or interference of some sort is causing the camera to struggle to connect when attempting to live stream. Take note of the wifi signal for each camera. Please consider locating a camera within 10 feet of the base station and attempting to stream. This will help further isolate the issue to determine if interference is a factor. Let us know the results!
