Ok I purchased this system when I got the email for a discount for Vuezone users.

I have been a Vuezone user for a couple years now.

When I recieved the email I didn't hesitate and ordered the system right away along with premier annual. This was on 8/15/15.

When it came in I set it up the next day. I will say it was a little unstable. as in interrmittent mostly saying base station is offline.

When I would try to access the cameras at least 90% of the time it would not work.

I have tried 4 different browsers and 2 different pc's.

I have been told that it is caused by my upload speed which is .29mbps.

Ok but it seems to work if I use my son's Iphone 4s or my daughters Kindle fire both connected to the same wireless router. Pc's are hard wired.

I have 2 support cases open and haven't heard anything in several days.

So what I would like is Arlo fixed or Arlo returned. Also I need my Vuezone to stay on since Arlo is in the box it came in.

So what now?

Welcome to the community! The base station offline message you are receiving sometimes is a browser related issue. As you have made attempts on multiple pc's and browsers I would would then theorize that the issue you are having is due to your upload speed not meeting the minimum requirements for the Arlo system to function properly. I encourage you to continue working with the Arlo support team on the case and let us know the results!
