Vmc3030 pink image. All I have done is change batteries.

Hi there- I have had my cameras for a good while and have had great success but my outdoor camera now has a pink/terrible image?? Is my camera broken? All I have done is change batteries since I got it and it is under the eaves of the house away from rain etc. I’ve upgraded all the firmwares with no result. Comments?

The IR (Nightvision) filter is stuck in the wrong position.

 

Try removing/reinserting the batteries a few times and see if that fixes it.
