Base station stuck on getting information

Yes still an issue, I even have another base station that I plugged in did same thing

What are the status LEDs on front of the base station playing?

They are green, sync one is amber

[ShayneS]

Is this occurring on the web portal and a Arlo app?

[Mrothauge]

Yes, I have 2 different systems both doing same thing
