If your base station has no LEDs lit when plugged in and powered on, this could be a hardware issue. I agree that contacting support may be your best option.

If you're attempting to return it, wouldn't the place purchase be the optimum place?

If you mean Netgear, then contact support above for possible warranty work.

Just received a phone call and email from Netgear. I am happy to say they are going to send me a new base station.
