I logged in this morning to find that all my videos for the last 7 days were deleted.
Is this a bug anyone else has experienced?

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.

I haven't had any problems but a few others reported server issue notices. Perhaps check again tomorrow and maybe all the videos will be back

It happened to me as well, right after getting a message of "database could not be accessed and more".
Over 10 days of footages were wiped, some of which I was going to use as evidence for a police report. Thankfully I downloaded them earlier. Netgear should do a rollback or something. How can any cloud service lose data of this magnitude? 😞
