There is a glitch in Arlo’s software and videos from other people’s cameras are being sent to the wrong account. I received an alert for a person seen on my camera at my gate. The preview picture showed the inside of someone’s house and a man going into the fridge. This was not my house. When I watched the video, it played the correct camera, MY camera, but there was no person.
