Don’t buy from Arlo, could not cancel order

Don’t buy from this company, I i look ordered a power cord, then found my old one, tried to cancel my order, was told I was only able to cancel for an hour after ordering and it was 5 hours, so they refused to cancel it…even though it was a Saturday and the product had not been shipped. You cannot speak to anyone except through chat and they just keep repeating the same thing over and over, you have 1 hour. Now it’s Monday and I got a ship notice…worst customer service ever!
